We work towards tangible social impact by mobilizing our assets and resources to best serve community interests and guide their development for the future. Our priority is to invest and kindle growth in areas that face socio-economic challenges through our four key CSR pillars: Education, Empowerment, Engagement and Environment.

Our Education Pillar is dedicated to empowering communities by improving access to learning resources and creating supportive educational environments. As part of this commitment, we actively contribute to schools by donating essential infrastructure such as school desks, helping students learn in a more comfortable, safe, and dignified setting.
Through these school desk donation initiatives, we aim to reduce classroom shortages and support schools that lack adequate furniture. Providing proper desks not only enhances students’ focus and engagement but also encourages regular attendance and a more positive learning experience.
Alongside infrastructure support, we continue to promote education through awareness programs on nutrition, food safety, environmental responsibility, and community wellbeing. By combining tangible educational support with knowledge-sharing initiatives, we strive to nurture confident, capable students and build stronger foundations for a healthier and more sustainable future.
Our Environmental Pillar is driven by sustainable avocado value-chain practices that reduce environmental impact while maximizing resource efficiency. We focus on improving post-harvest avocado handling and processing technologies to minimize avocado losses and waste, ensuring that more harvested avocados reach the market instead of being discarded.
By reducing post-harvest avocado waste, we help increase farmers’ incomes, improve food availability, and prevent organic waste from ending up in landfills where it contributes to greenhouse gas emissions.
A key component of our environmental strategy is our circular-economy approach, where avocado by-products such as peels, seeds, and pulp residues are upcycled into value-added products, including clean-energy briquettes. These sustainable energy alternatives help reduce reliance on traditional fuels, lower carbon emissions, and promote responsible waste management.
Avocado farmers training on Good Agriculture Practices and Climate-Smart technologies for sustainable farming and climate change adaptation and resilience
Our Empowerment Pillar focuses on supporting avocado farmers through training in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). These training sessions help farmers improve crop quality, manage their farms more efficiently, and adopt sustainable methods that protect soil health and enhance productivity.
We also introduce farmers to Climate-Smart technologies that strengthen their ability to adapt to climate change. By equipping them with modern, resilient farming techniques, we help build confidence, improve income stability, and create a more sustainable future for farming communities.
Our Engagement Pillar focuses on building strong community participation through collaboration, open dialogue, and shared responsibility.
Our Engagement Pillar focuses on building strong relationships with the communities we work with by encouraging active participation and shared responsibility. We collaborate closely with farmers, local groups, and partners to create inclusive platforms where ideas, challenges, and solutions can be discussed openly. This approach strengthens trust and ensures that our initiatives truly reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
Through community meetings, awareness activities, and collaborative programs, we engage people in meaningful ways that promote unity and collective growth. By fostering open communication and partnership, we aim to create empowered communities that are actively involved in shaping a sustainable and positive future.
